Step 3
Onboarding and Candidate Management
Ensuring a smooth start and continued success

Following a successful round of interviews and an offer to the ideal candidate, we conduct all necessary onboarding and compliance checks.

For contractors, we ensure everything is in place including (but not limited to) IR35 status, Timesheets process, payroll setup, references, and insurances requirements.

Maintain ongoing communication with candidates after their start date to ensure satisfaction, especially important when working with contractors.

Client Debrief to gather feedback, evaluate the process, and align on any future hiring needs.
