Step 3
Onboarding and Candidate Management

Ensuring a smooth start and continued success

  • Following a successful round of interviews and an offer to the ideal candidate, we conduct all necessary onboarding and compliance checks.

  • For contractors, we ensure everything is in place including (but not limited to) IR35 status, Timesheets process, payroll setup, references, and insurances requirements.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates after their start date to ensure satisfaction, especially important when working with contractors.

  • Client Debrief to gather feedback, evaluate the process, and align on any future hiring needs.
